All uploaded materials are handled under strict security protocols. When you select on-premise AI processing, your files remain entirely within your own network. Cloud-based analysis routes data through encrypted channels with ephemeral storage only.
Uploaded documents are retained only for the duration of active processing. You may remove your files at any time via the application interface. Contact information submitted through demo requests is kept for ongoing business correspondence.
Cloud AI processing may involve third-party language model providers such as OpenAI. Selecting local or airgapped deployment ensures no data leaves your infrastructure at any point.
